Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Zaawi platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zaawi Inc. ("Zaawi", "we", "us", or "our"). If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Zaawi is an AI-powered professional community platform that allows individuals and organisations ("Professionals") to create and manage a Space — a dedicated workspace with a knowledge base, courses, scheduling, announcements, and community features. Members can join Spaces and access content and services offered by Professionals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practical.

To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits or restrictions.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Zaawi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) or engage in deceptive practices.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and all Zaawi-branded content, is owned by Zaawi Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Zaawi's name, logo, or other trademarks without our prior written consent.

Feedback or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to you.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will do so.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZAAWI INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
